On March 29th, the orchestra, led by Lucy Phillips and under the insightful direction of Musical Director River Edis-Smith, presented a breathtaking evening of orchestral music at Matlock County Hall, to a sold-out audience. The programme, aptly themed around the elemental forces of nature, was an extraordinary showcase of musical storytelling, evoking powerful imagery and stirring emotions.
